Meet Naiyolis
Naiyolis Palomo, MSW (she/her), is a social impact strategist, senior project manager, and visionary leader dedicated to reimagining how we work, lead, and grow together. Her story begins in Santiago de Cuba, in a small town called Mella, where the strength of family and community shaped her belief in collective care and advocacy. Guided by these roots and lived experiences, Naiyolis has spent over a decade working at the intersection of community organizing, systems change, and policy advocacy to build bridges between people, strategy, and purpose.
A horizontal leader at heart, Naiyolis believes that meaningful work begins with the well-being of the people doing it. She brings a rare blend of strategic vision, creative execution, and people-centered leadership to every project, helping teams across nonprofit and business spaces build alignment, streamline systems, and move from vision to results. Her expertise spans project and program management, multi-issue policy advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration.
